Spicy Pesto Vodka Sauce Spaghettios with Mini Meatballs

For the mini meatballs:

1. In a large bowl, combine: ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, tomato paste, pecorino romano cheese, and seasonings. Mix well and form into mini meatballs.
2. In a pan on medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook meatballs for about 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

For the spicy pesto vodka sauce pasta:

1. In a pan on medium-low heat, add butter and sauté garlic for 3 minutes. Then, add in Contadina Tomato Paste and vodka and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Turn heat to low and add in Contadina Tomato Sauce, chicken broth, and pasta. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is cooked through.
3. Add in seasonings, heavy cream, mini meatballs, pecorino romano cheese, and pesto. Let simmer until the sauce thickens and serve with more pecorino romano cheese.
