Strawberry Shortcake Iced Latte

1. To make the strawberry syrup, add strawberries, sugar, water, and vanilla bean paste to a pot. Cook on medium heat for 25 minutes.
2. Let mixture cool, then transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge until you’re ready to use.
3. To make the vanilla bean cold foam, add heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean paste to a cup and froth until soft peaks form.
4. To make the strawberry shortcake latte, add ice to a glass and pour in as much strawberry syrup as you’d like. Pour in milk, 1-2 shots of espresso, and top with the vanilla bean cold foam.
