BBQ Chicken & Caramelized Onion Flatbread Pizza

1. Add 4 tbsp of butter and sliced onions to a pan. Cook on low heat, covered, for 35-40 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Then, to cook out any remaining moisture, turn to medium heat and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, until browned.
2. In a separate pan, cook the chicken on medium low heat in olive oil, covered, until the chicken reaches 165º internally. Then, shred it with a fork and add BBQ sauce, to taste.
3. Add a layer of BBQ sauce to your flatbread, then add shredded cheddar, shredded chicken, caramelized onions, and another drizzle of BBQ sauce.
4. Bake in the oven on a sheet pan on 400º for 13 minutes. Take the flatbread out of the oven and garnish with some chopped green onions. Enjoy!
