I’ve had my Instant Pot for 6 years and have only used it a handful of times because learning how to use it has always been intimidating to me. I never know the formulas for how much liquid to add, how long to cook things for, and which settings to use. But, it’s time to dust off your Instant Pot/pressure cookers because we’re going to learn together! Throughout the next few months, I’ll be posting lots of Instant Pot recipes so that we can finally get some use out of this thing! First up, we have my Creamy Salsa Verde Chicken Soup. This turned out SOOO good. I made a big batch and ended up freezing a lot of it in freezer cubes. Just a heads up, this soup is a little on the spicy side, so if you’re not into spicy stuff, you can definitely adjust the seasonings to suit your spice tolerance.
