One of my favorite Christmas traditions is the homemade manicotti that my family has been making for Christmas dinner for decades. What makes homemade manicotti different is the crepe-like pasta we use. It’s so much lighter than store-bought pasta shells and once you eat it this way, you’ll never be able to go back to store-bought shells. Although the act of making the crepes will test your patience and make you question your entire existence, they’re worth it. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does!
