Parmesan Crusted Carrots

1. Preheat your oven to 375º. Slice the carrots in half, lengthwise.
2. In a bowl, drizzle the carrots with olive oil and season to taste.
3. Dip the flat side of the carrots into the grated parmesan and place on a baking sheet. If you’re not using a good non-stick baking sheet, I suggest you put some parchment paper down on the pan so they don’t stick.
4. Bake on 375º for about 20 minutes depending on the thickness of your carrots. I baked mine on the top rack so the parmesan didn’t burn.
