Pesto Potatoes🌱🥔

1. Preheat oven to 425°
2. Cut the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
3. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, onion salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, flipping halfway through.
5. While the potatoes are baking, add basil, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, and black pepper to a food processor and purée.
6. When the potatoes are fully cooked, take them out of the oven and drizzle your pesto. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
