Level up your boring crescent rolls with roasted garlic and melty cheese! These savory rolls are filled with a delicious mixture of roasted garlic, butter, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and mozzarella, then baked until golden brown.
1. Slice the top off of a head of garlic and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap it in foil and air fry on 300º for 40 minutes. (You could also make this in your oven if you don’t have an air fryer).
2. When the garlic is done roasting, combine it with 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning or fresh herbs.
3. Spread the mixture onto the crescent roll dough and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on the wide end of the dough. Roll them up and brush with melted butter.
4. Bake on 375º for 15 minutes, or until the rolls turn golden brown.
