These are the easiest and quickest cookies to make. I actually despise baking because I always find a way to screw up the recipe, but I’ve been making these cookies with my family for years. Shout out to my 7th grade home ec teacher for the recipe 💯. What I love about this recipe is it’s super versatile. You could use any pudding flavor you’d like to customize the flavors. I’ve made a chocolate version, butterscotch, etc etc. You could even make them without any baking chips and they’re still delicious!
