Spaghetti & White Clam Sauce🍝

1) On medium heat, sauté chopped onions in olive oil for 4 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

2) Add white wine and let it cook down for a minute or two.

3) Add the clams with their juices, pepper, and grated cheese.

4) Simmer for 15ish minutes until the sauce thickens.

5) Serve over pasta and top with toasted breadcrumbs or fresh parsley for a lil pizazz. For the breadcrumbs: add 1 tbsp of butter to a pan along with 2 tbsp of panko bread crumbs and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Sauté on medium heat for a minute or two until they’re golden brown.
