Whipped Feta Dip with Herby EVOO Drizzle

1. In a food processor, blend feta, greek yogurt, crushed garlic, and honey until well combined, about 40 seconds.
2. For the Olive Oil Drizzle: In a bowl combine olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, parsley, mint, olives, balsamic glaze, and salt & pepper. Mix until everything is combined.
3. Pour feta cheese mixture in a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil mixture. Serve with pita bread, Italian bread, crackers, or fresh veggies!
